Within the gym, you will find some of the best fitness equipment suitable for beginners in training and professional athletes. We recently refurbished our entire gym floor with brand new, state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, allowing you to get the very most out of your workout and track your progress via the Lanes app.

Fitness Induction
When you first join our club one, you will receive an hour and a half FREE fitness induction. Within your induction package you’ll receive the following:
Health Assessment
Within your Health Assessment, a member of our team will analyse where you are and discuss your goals and hurdles, so they can support you to start the right steps towards goals.
Body Composition Assessment
You will receive a Free Body Composition Analysis which will help you to see your current Body Fat %, Muscle mass %, BMI, Body water and 25 other indicators of your body.
Receive your Adaptation Program
Based on all information provided by yourself, our fitness professionals will create a Adaptation Training Program, which will help you to start training safely and improve your current fitness and health levels.
Check your progress
After 30 days of being with us, we will check in to see how you’re getting on and if we can support you in any way. You will also receive another Free Body Composition Assessment so you can see what progress you’ve made.
Personal Training
At Lanes, Personal Training is about health, wellness, and wellbeing. Our Fitness professional will help you to achieve your goals whether it is to lose fat, build muscles, increase your strength, flexibility, or your energy levels.
Within Personal Training you will receive the following:
– A Personal Training program which will focus on your goals. With a program that is tailored to you, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results. Your unique body mechanics, experience, goals, fitness level, likes and dislikes can guide your trainer in creating a plan that is specific to your needs.
– A personal nutrition and diet plan which will support your training and recovery and will aim to improve your health and wellbeing.
– Motivation, advice, and support throughout in a safe environment as well as monthly goal reviews and body composition checks.
– Our Personal Trainers will give you guidance and will teach you the correct exercise technique can improve your results and prevent injuries.

A senior physiotherapist with 10+ years of experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, neurological, and community physiotherapy. I began as a gym instructor and personal trainer, gaining expertise in various fitness disciplines, before pursuing a Physiotherapy degree at the University of Brighton.
