Group Exercise booking rules
Members can book classes 8 days in advance, from 7.00pm. Classes can be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of the class. When a class is full members will be able to book onto a class waiting list. Members who are booked onto the waiting lists will be sent a text message, to the mobile number we have on file if they have been moved into a class.
Class no-show rules
If you are unable to attend a class please ensure that you cancel with as much notice as possible to allow other members to have your space within the class in good time. Classes must be cancelled a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start time. Classes can be cancelled online ( www.laneshealthclubs.co.uk), on the Lanes Health Clubs App, by calling the club directly (01903 859777) or in person at the Front desk. Failing to inform the club that you are unable to attend will result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.
The cancellation fee is £5 for each place not used and is payable at the front desk with either cash or credit card. All cancellation fees are donated to our charity partners, the aim is not to make money from the incentive but to ensure all our members are respectful of each other.
Accounts that become in arrears due to unpaid cancellation fee’s and members whom continuously do not follow the no-show policy will result in having their booking rights suspended at the discretion of the Operations Director.
We make every effort to ensure that all timetable classes run smoothly, so please ensure that you arrive on time.
Please cancel any PT booking 24 hours before your session if you cannot attend. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be offered on personal training sessions cancelled without the 24-hour notice period.
