Welcome back

We will be asking members to familiarize themselves with our COVID policy on arrival at the Club and complete a new health questionnaire before they return to the club. Your access will be restricted until this has been completed. 


Safety first

Your safety and well-being has, and always will be our top priority, whilst we have been able to adapt our club’s capacities to apply social distancing without compromising on your lanes experience we have made some changes to ensure our members can continue to visit the club with confidence: 

On arrival you will be greeted by a member of the lanes family who will ask you to sanitise your hands and will then take your temperature. You will be asked to swipe in as usual to facilitate track and trace, once inside the club we ask you to follow social distancing at all times. Please leave the club via our outdoor exit as per our one way system.

Please do not bring personal belongings – just the bare minimum you need for your class or your workout. 

We ask that you bring ample water with you: our fountains will not be in use for hygiene purposes. You will be able to purchase water at our cafe (we are currently unable to provide refills at the cafe due to cross-contamination).

We are open Monday to Friday 6am – 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am – 8pm.


Gym facilities

We’re excited to welcome you back to your club. We have put enhanced measures into place to ensure you can make the most of our unique facilities. All of your favourite equipment has been spaced according to social distancing guidelines to enable you to workout with peace-of-mind. We will also continue with our outside gym to allow you to take advantage of the benefits of exercising outdoors. We have performed a risk assessment and we are confident we can still allow a sizeable number of members into the club, we will however be operating a booking system to ensure our members and our team are kept safe.

Please do not bring sweat towels into the club: you may bring and use disposable tissues or use the tissues in and around the club. We are currently not able to provide towels due to cross-contamination.

Whilst our changing rooms will be open and regularly cleaned, we ask you to change and shower at home where possible and come to the club gym-ready. We will be reducing the number of available lockers to allow for social distancing measures. 


Personal training

Personal training sessions are back, all sessions will be ran in according to social distancing guidelines and our personal trainers will be wearing face masks for your well-being. Our outdoor gym is ready and waiting for you to take advantage of. Please email fitness@laneshealthclubs.co.uk to book personal training. 


Classes are at the heart of our community and we’re excited to welcome you back. We will continue to bring your daily classes from the holistic to the more high-intensity workouts that we know you love. As well as reduced class sizes, our turnaround times have been increased to allow our teams to clear the facilities. With reduced capacities we ask that you are considerate to your fellow members and make us aware if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked. Our late cancellation fee will be re-established in the coming weeks. We will continue to stream our classes zia zoom.


Our Pool

The pool is officially reopen! We’re limiting our numbers and asking members to book in advance via our app to ensure swimmers have space to keep a safe distance between themselves and other members whilst still being able to make the most of our swimming pool. Sessions will be limited to 1 session per person per day.

Please do not practice swimming strokes that may cause excessive splashing (butterfly stroke etc), please do not overtake other swimmers, we will continue to facilitate three lanes with different speeds to reduce the need to overtake. 

Our sauna and steam room are open and available for bookings to be made at reception for a limited number of two people at any given time, with a maximum of 15 minute slots following the guidelines set out by the government. The Jacuzzi will be up and running but limited to 1 person – unless from the same household or ‘bubble’, as usual we ask that you keep your Jacuzzi sessions to a maximum of 10 minutes during busy periods. Please arrive swim ready, wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes before you arrival at the club, shower prior to arrival and avoid using our changing rooms wherever possible. We are unable to provide towels, floats and swimming equipment, you are of course welcome to bring your own. We will be operating a 30 minute turn around time between pool slots to avoid any congestion in the changing room.

Aqua classes are available to book via our app, on the phone or in person.



Ania and the team have loved welcoming you back to the café, which is freely open for now but we will be monitoring numbers and implementing a booking system should this become necessary. Please check our Facebook for updates and delicious recipes.

Health, beauty and wellness rooms

The Wellness Rooms are reopened and are following strict governmental guidelines to ensure the safety of all. If you had vouchers or credit, this is of course still valid and we will automatically extend the expiry date.

How do I book a class?

Web, app or phone. To log in to our app you will need your email and the 6 digit password on the front of your card. With limited class numbers and a waiting list, it’s disheartening to see people book onto a class to then not attend without letting us know. (There are only so many classes Ash can attend to make up the numbers!).

We have reintroduced a late cancellation fee of £5 (which will be donated to charity). Members will need to provide us with an absolute minimum of 2 hours notice before the class should they need to cancel. This will then enable us to offer your place to a member of the waiting list.
