Hello from Team Lanes! Whether you’re a seasoned, new or potential member, please find all information regarding our Health Club and COVID-19 below. Our gym and all of our wellness services are closed until further notice as part of the safety procedures following COVID-19.

Thank you for the incredible support you have given us so far in this uncertain time. You are our main priority, so providing you with membership options and routes to continue your fitness and wellness journey with us is our greatest interest.

Our Options for Current Members

Option 1. Continue to pay your Direct Debit in the normal way so that your club can retain key staff and continue to invest in you. If you are happy with this option, no further action is required.
We will also provide you with a pack of complimentary services and facilities once the club reopens as a huge thank you from us! For example: meals and drinks from our café, Personal training or Wellness and Beauty rooms (massage and therapies). Request to join our members-only Facebook group Lanes Online to access all of our online lessons, and don’t forget to download the Lanes Health Clubs app to track your progress (available to download from both the App Store and Play Store)!

UPDATE

This option remains the same for up to 3 months of lockdown; if you continue your membership, we will reimburse your account through services in the club for up to 3 months. If lockdown continues for more than 3 months we will then give the following months free, or reduce membership fees until your account is in credit i.e if you continued for 5 months, once the club opens we will give you a voucher for the amount up to 3 months to use in the club, then the following 2 months would be credited through free months or reduced membership until you have the months reimbursed.

Option 2. Freeze your Direct Debit until the club re-opens . If you choose this option, We will not take any payments until the club is reopened. Download the Lanes Health Clubs app to track your progress (available to download from both the App Store and Play Store)!

Option 3. Continue to pay your Direct Debit on the due date but at a 25% discount of the monthly amount to support your club. If you choose this option, we will either look after you in a similar service to Option 1, but excluding the massage that will be provided in that option. This can be redeemed as soon as we reopen. Request to join our members-only Facebook group Lanes Online to access all of our online lessons, and don’t forget to download the Lanes Health Clubs app to track your progress (available to download from both the App Store and Play Store)!

Claim Your Chosen Option

If you haven’t stated already, email covid-19@laneshealthclubs.co.uk with your membership details, stating which option you would like to choose and we will process this as soon as possible.

Renewals

If your membership is up for renewal we will contact you nearer to when we know the club will be opening. If you want to avoid the rush and renew now please email membership@laneshealthclubs.co.uk your membership will only start when the club is operational.

Newsletters

If you are subscribed but are not receiving newsletters, please contact info@laneshealthclubs.co.uk after checking your Junk/ Trash/ Other folder.

Refunds

Due to limited resources at this time, this will only be actioned when the club is reopened. We have received considerable good will from the members of Lanes, who have chosen to continue their DD to support the club through this uncertain time.

Life, Silver, Bronze, Annual or Gym Flex Members

We will credit the gym’s closure months to the end of your membership. Gym Flex members need to contact their employer for more information regarding their payments.

New Members!

Are you interested in joining Lanes Health Clubs? We are still here to welcome you! Don’t let lockdown put a stop to your health and fitness journey or prevent you from being welcomed into a caring and motivational community. Join during closure months on our 12 month contract with no joining fee and pay nothing until we re-open!
